1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing curemnriver.org or participating in any CURE event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Use of the site

The content on this site is provided for informational and educational purposes relating to the Minnesota River watershed. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair its operation.

3. Event registration

When you register for a CURE event, you agree to follow the safety guidance and instructions of CURE staff and volunteers. Some events involve outdoor activity, including paddling and waterway access, and carry inherent risks. Participants assume responsibility for their own safety.

4. Payments and refunds

Paid event registrations are refundable up to seven (7) days before the event date. Sponsorship commitments are governed by the written agreement signed between CURE and the sponsor.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photography, video, the River of Change documentary series, and the CURE name and logo — is the property of CURE or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

CURE is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or participation in events, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
